Interviewer: You’ve been described as The Sales Enigma - one of Australia’s leading sales professionals. What inspired you to launch ASTARIS?
Jayce Haskins: After decades of closing deals, building trust, and breaking records across multiple industries, I wanted to create something that truly reflects everything I’ve learned and fine tuned. ASTARIS is the result, most importantly I am incredibly proud to be launching this new venture in real estate with my husband, Matt Haskins, who he himself has the most incredible skill set which will benefit all our clients. We’re 100% committed to redefining what success looks like in today’s real estate market. We have put together the most incredible team to acheive success for our clients in a way not seen in regional Queensland before. Interviewer: You’ve built quite a reputation for your negotiation skills. What’s your secret?
Jayce: Wow, that's a hot topic, but we can't give all our secrets away just yet, we have a certain established agent in the area already stealing our ideas before we've even launched. But really - it’s about true real authenticity not just words, strategy, and precision. You can’t fake originality and authenticity. My clients and industry peers have always recognised my commitment to genuine, outcome-driven work. That’s what I bring to every deal. That equals results.

Interviewer: You’ve been called “new” to real estate, yet you have almost three decades of experience in marketing and sales. How do you see that label?
Jayce: I love it! If “new” means now, then I’ll take it. If almost 30 years of living and breathing marketing, strategy, and sales success makes me the most experienced newbie in the country - I’ll wear that title proudly.

Jayce: It’s simple - it takes an amazing Team and the team Matt and I have put together are second to none. So I guess it's the team, strategy, precision, and decades of proven results that speak louder than hype. Having said that, we are not just commited to ASTARIS, we have a strong commitment to our community and our region who have supported our small local businesses for the last 5 years. It's time to grow our new and final business together with the community that has supported us so everyone benefits. We can't wait to launch later this year...the wait is killing us. But as with all strategies, timing is critical.
